This months meeting is from 7pm at Upton by Chester British Legion (CH2 1HX) on Tuesday 29th May and guests will include Leyton & Neil from Monacor, to talk about new products and give us an incite into digital radio microphones. The Monacor team will also have a presence at BPM this year. More information about Facebook (for us novices), items for sale, bring any unwanted items to sell on and any other business. Tuesday 24th April 2012 is the date of the next NADJ North West Branch meeting to be held at the Cheshire County Sports Club, Plas Newton Lane, Chester, CH2 1PR. National Chairman, Paul Arnett, and the National Branch Developement Officer, Peter Lockwood, will be visiting us. Paul will be talking about the AGM and asking us to support it. Please have a look for any unwanted/unused kit you may have and bring it along for a 'bring & buy' table. Your unwanted gear could be someone elses perfect addition. Please also bring along something for a raffle - maybe a bottle, chocolates for our partners or whatever you think would make a nice prize. If you would like to help out with an organising committee for the future, let us know, we plan to have a quick discussion after the main meeting. So see you all there!!

This months meeting will take place at the Cheshire County Sports Club, Plas Newton Lane, Upton, Chester, CH2 1PR on Tuesday 28th February 2012. We will have the pleasure of an Audio rep who has some interesting new products to demonstrate. and a presentation by one of our younger members into the electronic world we now all find ourselves and the ways it can advantage your business and gain you bookings for the future. Happy New Year! I hope your wallets are full and glasses empty! The next meeting of the NADJ North West branch will be held on Tuesday 31st January 2012 at Upton by Chester British Legion,Heath Road, Chester, CH2 1HX. DJs are asked to be there before the 7.30pm start, so that there are no delays. Ideas or thoughts for this months meeting? I thought we might get some discussion on what we all did in December: - Were bookings up or down in number?
- What Christmas tunes worked for you and we could put together a favourite xmas song list to try out in 2012
- Preparing for the New Year whilst it is fresh in your mind
- New Years Eve thoughts and a lookback at 2011
- Looking forward we have Mobile Beat in Las Vegas in February
- Branch elections and the National AGM later in the year
- Local wedding fayres and how we are going to take forward the branches idea of promoting the NADJ at local venues we play at
- Look back on how we dealt with customers and staff at our Xmas gigs - is there anything we could do to improve.

The next meeting of the NADJ North West branch will be held on Tuesday 29th November 2011 at Upton by Chester British Legion,Heath Road, Chester, CH2 1HX. Richard Lee, Mastermix Label Manager, will be heading over to tell us all about living in France and offering the attendees some bargains for there Christmas parties. There will be a little bit of housekeeping taking place at the next meeting, don't worry though, it shouldn't take too much time. A nomination was put forward to take over the role of branch Chairman and all attendees will be asked if they agree to the nomination. If there are no objections or no further nominations, the new Chairman will be put in place at the gathering. |
