The branch meetings have really been a great success so far! If you have not attended one of the NADJ South Central get togethers in the past, I can highly recommend you come along and find out what we have to offer. You will be made very welcome, and with something for all types of DJs including beginners, club, mobile, Karaoke, Video DJs, Part Time, Full Time. It does not matter if you might be currently charging £150 or £1000 as the branch is open to everyone and we would love to see you at one of our future meetings.
Next Branch Meeting - Monday 20th February 2012
- This event will take place from 7.30pm at a venue near Wokingham, Berkshire
- The full venue details will be confirmed within the next few days
During this meeting we have a wealth of knowledge to share and discuss. Some of the topics that are going to be covered are: - Part Time to Full Time: by Darren Latimer - hopefully we will cover some ideas that might give some people ideas on how to generate more work.
- DMX Basics seminar: by Darren Latimer - This will involve some live lighting shows, and cover how some basic DMX control can really make a big difference to any event, and the good news is its very easy for any DJ to learn.
- Guest Retailer Clive Hodghton from CRS1 Entertainment House will be attending to tell us all about his shop and the services he can provide, with maybe a item or two to demo and show us.
- Simon Fletcher from the DJ Business will also be attending to share some of his knowledge with us.

Mobile Beats 2012 - Las Vegas Some of the branch members are attending Mobile Beats show 2012 in Vegas during the early part of February so we look forward to finding out how this years show was and we will keep you posted here after the event! Sunday 8th January 2012 - Mobile DJ Show Some of the branch members will be attending the Mobile DJ Show 2012, which is a great opportunity to see lots of the latest sound and lighting equipment on demo and available to purchase on the day, with many offers to be had. NADJ South central will have a stall at the show, so do feel free to come along and say hello.
