Sue Crean Appointed NADJ Merchandising Officer
Sue Crean Appointed NADJ Merchandising OfficerThe National Association of Disc Jockeys (NADJ) has just appointed Sue Crean to take over the Merchandising Officer.  Sue will now deal with all merchandise orders (NADJ branded T-shirts, polo shirts, fleece jackets, weatherproof jackets, shirts and blouses).
Sue takes up the role following retirement of Justin Banwell in earlier this month.  Justin felt that she would be the best person he knows to take over his job.  Justin said that had that he had to stand down because of work pressures and the need to spend some more quality time with his family.  Justin's business has gone from strength to strength since he joined the NADJ and soaked up the knowledge, information, experience and networking that was made available to him.
We know just how busy Justin is with his small business and the growing reputation he's gaining from the high level of service he offers his customers and there was, sadly, a point when the success of his business would eat into the available time for his role within the National Association of Disc Jockeys and also his family life.  Alan Marshall, Chairman of the NADJ, said: "It's a fine balancing act when you're volunteering you time to help run the Association and I know just how busy Justin is.  There comes a time when you need to concentrate on your family as they are the people who support you throughout your life."
Sue joined the NADJ Wales branch as a member in November 2009 and in April 2014 was elected to the position of Secretary of the NADJ Wales branch.  Sue is based in the South Wales Area and started the family business with her son Stephen Crean in 1997.  However, due to family commitments Stephen retired from the business four years ago.  Sue has helped to develop and assist other local DJs - she's taken them on as a roadie to start through to on the job DJ training.
If you wish to contact Sue about the NADJ branded clothing range or you have a suggestion to expand on the items available from the NADJ Shop (you'll find the link in the 'Members' drop-down menu), please contact her direct by e-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   Please note that we have redirected all of the e-mails intended for Justin Banwell to Sue's new NADJ account.
