Following the news of Mark Porley's sabbatical in the e-mail update, the NADJ Committee has taken on the extra workload, but the Association is more than just a collection of volunteers who administer the organisation.  We need your help to further our aims and objectives.

All NADJ members are encouraged to offer their skills and knowledge to take the Association forward.  We need more forward-thinking DJs to strengthen the team and to make the organisation go from strength to strength.  We also need your feedback on how the NADJ should operate and to set new targets, so if you have any constructive and realistic suggestions please get in touch: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   The NADJ Committee is compiling a list of members who have shown that they have the skills and enthusiasm to help the organisation.  We will be contacting them about getting more involved with the Association in the near future.  These members have passed on constructive feedback and have also helped at events across the county.  They have all shown a selfless mindset by giving up their free time to help improve and promote the NADJ.

If you need to contact any of the Committee about specific aspects of your NADJ membership or if you have any questions, please use the following contact e-mail addresses:

We look forward to your questions, comments and offers of assistance.

Mike Moore - Get Well Soon!

NOW 76 - Out Now!

The next instalment from the popular Now That’s What I Call Music (NOW) collection gets released next week and we’ve taken a look at what’s on the release.  Is there a future for compilation CDs for the DJ or is the way forward to subscribe to a digital download service?  For more details, please visit: NOW 76 – Out Now!

We've also scoured the Internet to find the best deal on NOW 76, so check out the article for the best price we could find for the compilation.  If you think you know of a site that’s selling it cheaper, please let us know.

Father and Son Jailed for Defrauding the Music Industry

Two men have been jailed for defrauding the music industry out of more than £500,000.  The pair were imprisoned for the illegal supply, distribution and installation of unlicensed digital jukeboxes to pubs and clubs across the North East of England.

DJ Mag Technology Awards

The closing date for nominations for DJ Mag's annual Technology Awards is getting closer.  DJs from across the UK will be able to put forward the tools of the trade that they feel worthy of recognition.   The event is in its 15th year and takes place at the BPM show at Birmingham's NEC in October.

Wales Branch Meeting & BBQ (August)

The August meeting for the Wales Branch Meeting has traditionally been turned into a more family-orientated event with a BBQ.  This highly popular event returns on Tuesday 10th August at How Caple Grange by kind invitation from NADJ member, Tim Trott.

Discounted accommodation and facilities to camp on the grounds are available, so if you want to stay on a little longer and socialise into the evening, you don’t have to worry about the drive home.  For more details, please visit: Wales Branch Meeting & BBQ
